I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in therapy for children and adolescents (ages 12+), with advanced training in trauma-focused care. I work virtually with young people in Missouri and New Jersey who are navigating anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, trauma, and difficult life transitions — using an individualized approach that meets each child or teen exactly where they are.

I believe kids and teens open up when they feel genuinely safe — not evaluated, not rushed, and never judged. My first priority is building a warm, trusting therapeutic relationship, because that connection is what makes real change possible.

I draw from a trauma-focused framework and am currently completing certification as a Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (TF-CBT) — an evidence-based model proven effective for young people processing difficult experiences. My work helps clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, build emotional regulation skills, and develop lasting coping strategies tailored to their specific needs and personality.

Every child and teen is different. I adapt my approach to fit them — not the other way around.
