Jasmine obtained a Bachelors in Human and Environmental Sciences from University of Missouri-Columbia, and a Master of Social Work degree from Saint Louis University (SLU). Jasmine received her clinical license in March of 2025.
Jasmine has been practicing various modalities of mental health therapy since 2019. Since the beginning of her career as a therapist, Jasmine has worked with trauma and its long reaching effects. This work has included extensive work with all ages and all walks of life. Jasmine specializes in psychodynamics, self-compassion, while integrating spiritual wellness and philosophy into the therapeutic process.
Jasmine has participated in therapeutic training including, but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Trauma Informed Care, Holistic Mind and Body practices, Wisdom and Self Compassion, Mindfulness, Self Care, and Early Intervention and Listening skills.
