Jasmine Brown LCSW

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated from Saint louis University with a Master of Social Work in 2022. My introduction into therapy, however, began in 2019 while providing group therapy to at-risk teens and women in substance abuse. From personal and field experience, I’ve gathered that the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health of an individual is essential to the overall well-being of a person’s soul.
I also believe it is an individual’s true understanding, not condemning, of how those components interweave, that lead to a better sense of self, and a gratitude for all things that make up the human experience. It is my calling to connect with individuals seeking to travel to the root of their current issues and emerge on the other side with a deeper revelation of your identity and purpose in life.
I have participated in therapeutic training including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Informed Care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Addiction, Intimate Partner Violence, Mindfulness practices, family systems, Holistic Mind and Body practices, Wisdom and Self Compassion, and Self Care.
I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and transitioning. I have also worked extensively with chronic mental health diagnoses, including, but limited to schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and co-occurring disorders. I currently serve adolescents, adults, aging adults, couples, and families.
