I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) specializing in relationship counseling, family therapy, and couples work. I see individuals (ages 12+), couples, and families navigating everything from communication breakdowns and marital conflict to divorce, co-parenting challenges, and blended family dynamics — providing a warm, judgment-free space where everyone feels safe to be heard.

I am trained in Family Systems Therapy, which recognizes that every person exists within a larger network of relationships — and that each individual’s actions and emotions ripple outward, affecting the whole family unit. Understanding those dynamics is central to the work I do.

My practice also integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Structural Family Therapy, and Experiential Therapy, allowing me to tailor my methods to what each client or family genuinely needs. I do not apply a single formula — I work collaboratively, as your partner and team member, to find the approach that fits your situation.

I also believe that emotional healing and physical wellbeing are deeply connected. When it serves my clients, I collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, nutritionists, and educators to provide the most comprehensive level of care possible.
