Short Biography
It takes courage to reach out. I am here when you are ready.
I am a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) specializing in grief and bereavement, trauma, and life transitions. I work with individuals (ages 12+), couples, and families who are navigating loss, relationship challenges, and the emotional weight of significant life change — offering a warm, judgment-free space where all are genuinely welcome and worthy of care.
Life is messy. Grief, trauma, divorce, illness, loss of a loved one, and major transitions do not follow a clean timeline — and healing from them is not linear either. My goal is to help you move through the hardest chapters, reduce unnecessary suffering wherever possible, and reconnect with a life that feels purposeful and meaningful again.
I practice from a strengths-based, holistic framework, which means I focus on what is already resilient and capable within you — not just what is broken. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, mindfulness practices, and attachment theory, integrating modalities based on what each individual client actually needs.
I also maintain a trauma-informed, multicultural approach, because everyone who walks through my door deserves to feel seen, respected, and understood exactly as they are.
I believe that deepening your connection with yourself is the foundation for deeper connection with others — and that restoration of a vibrant, meaningful life is always possible.
