Short Biography
The bravest thing anyone can do is ask for help. You lead — I follow.
I am a Provisionally Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (P-LMFT) specializing in therapy for youth and their families, with a primary focus on middle school through college-age individuals. I work with young people and families navigating the full range of challenges that come with growing up — from anxiety and depression to behavioral struggles, family conflict, and life transitions — using evidence-based modalities and a genuine strengths-based approach.
I believe we are all on our own unique journey, and my role is simply to walk alongside you on yours — not to direct it. My style is straightforward, honest, compassionate, and yes, occasionally humorous, because real connection does not have to be stiff or formal.
Building a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation of everything I do. I work hard to create a safe, inclusive, and comfortable environment where young clients and their families feel truly at ease. I will never push a client to discuss something before they are ready, and I will not ask anyone to do something I would not be willing to do myself.
I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to each individual, always centering the client’s own goals, voice, and pace. It is an honor to hold space for another person’s story, and I am deeply grateful for every client who chooses to share that space with me.
