Reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel understood and accepted. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) licensed in Arizona. I work with teens, adults, and older adults experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, psychosis-related symptoms, chronic health conditions, and life transitions. My experience includes individual therapy, group therapy, crisis intervention, and inpatient psychiatric care, allowing me to support clients through both immediate challenges and long-term growth.
